PayPal asking you to log in to your PayPal Account. If you do so, you will then see a page that confirms that Empowerment Systems is a PayPal Verified Seller, your assurance of a legitimate Merchant and a secure transaction

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one from the same screen, following the detailed instructions. Even if you don’t care about the verification, you will need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase.
